With Melody Godfred, I discussed:

- Looking within and finding clarity: How do I want to show up every day? What do I want to communicate?

In the conversation with Latoya Roberts, we explored the path to a leadership position in your company, and the vital role a mentor can play in your career success. Latoya also talked about:

As we approached the last months of the year, I hosted Sarah Blansett from Military(dot)com. Sarah’s experience in communications taught us how to:

- Edit all our messages
- Define the urgency of a message and the medium to share it
- Be humble
And last but not least, I chatted with Bobby Thompson about presence and influence. During this session, we learned about:
- Being intentional about your presence and influence
- Defining who your audience is
- Serving your audience
- Finding commonalities without losing your authenticity
