Your personal brand is defined by how others perceive you. Take control. Influence their perception.

Work with Lida >

Perception matters.

It can create opportunities, or hinder them.
It can bolster your reputation, or tarnish it.
It can expand your impact, or diminish it.

If you want to enhance your presence as a leader, make a pivot in your career, or leave a legacy you can be proud of, you need to be in control of how you’re perceived.

But identifying that next step can feel like you’re throwing darts blindfolded.

Take off the blindfold and get intentional about crafting your image the way you want to be seen.

When you have a plan to get noticed in all the right ways, you can reach new career-advancing, legacy-building milestones that once seemed hazy.

Which means you’ll finally hit the bullseye with your personal brand.

Get an in-depth,
personalized approach to your personal brand strategy

With a smart, focused, and specific methodology, my process goes deep in determining how you’re perceived by the people who matter most—and the steps to take to alter or enhance that perception.

This highly customized process gives you the exact tactics and tools you need to execute on your strategy, so you can build a personal brand with purpose.

PHASE 1

Assessment & Goal-Setting

Get laser-focused on your career and legacy goals so you can bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.

Together we will:

  • Identify your career- and character-defining experiences to illuminate your reputation assets and superhero-like strengths
  • Conduct online research and a perception mapping survey to understand how you’re perceived and reveal blind spots about your brand
  • Create your personal brand assessment to help transition into the action phase
  • Pinpoint the opportunities, audiences, and tactics to help you redefine your brand

The outcome is a deep understanding of your reputation today and a fresh perspective on which strategies will help you develop and capitalize on your personal brand.

PHASE 2

Building Your Strategy

We’ll co-create your personal brand strategy geared toward your long-term goals and the people in your world who matter most.

With a focus on perception, positioning, and presence, we will:

  • Craft a plan to curate your online presence, build your network, amplify your presence, and establish new language for how you talk about yourself to refine your reputation strategy
  • Determine specific tactics for your personal brand—actions as granular as revising your LinkedIn profile, modifying your elevator pitch, and targeting organizations to get involved with
  • Produce a visual brand DNA that tells your story and an in-depth blueprint of do’s and don’ts for your narrative, online presence, network, communication, and more

This process works best when it’s collaborative and you have ownership of your action plan. You have the option to continue working with me to execute your strategy, or you can take it and run with it on your own (or with your team).

PHASE 3

Executive Coaching (optional)

You have your assessment and strategy—now let’s launch it.

In the coaching phase, I will:

  • Meet with you 1-2 times monthly to deploy your strategy and tactics in the context of what else is happening in your work and life, so you get real-life application feedback
  • Help you stay accountable to executing your strategy on your desired timeline
  • Provide guidance along the way with a coaching style that offers thorough input and advice on how move forward

A typical coaching container is 3-6 months long, depending on your needs. You’ll feel supported every step of the way.

“As a first-time CEO, Lida’s counsel and methodology were critical to discovering my identity as a leader. Together we articulated my vision, shaped my leadership style, and built a robust brand platform for my company and me.”

Dave Mitchell
CEO and Founder, Singularity Networks

My brand was brought into focus…

“My brand was brought into focus by Lida as she provided insight about what I wanted in life and how I wanted individuals to see me. Never in my life did I ever think about how I could distinguish myself from the competition, nor have I ever thought that by marketing myself correctly, I can expose myself to others who will be willing to offer me opportunities. Now, all I think about is making sure my personal branding is working for me. Lida is very knowledgeable about what it takes to become successful and helped me understand what it takes to become relevant and valuable in a competitive world.”

Alberto Cruz
Founder, Cruz Futures LLC

“Lida will help you develop your personal brand and map the different methodologies and processes you can start using now to make sure your personal brand is being communicated in an intentional way. She has been highly effective for myself and the people I referred to her.”

Kevin Custer
Founding Principal, Arc Capital Development

Helping you see the bigger picture so you can influence positive perception

I’m Lida Citroën, and for 20+ years, I’ve helped hundreds of global executives, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders like you impact the way they’re perceived by the people who matter to them.

Your personal brand is defined by others’ perception, but that doesn’t mean you can’t control the narrative.

I’ll help you get a birds-eye view of your existing brand so you can navigate the strategy we create together to shape a more intentional one.

You’ll not only have a trusted expert to give you a clear path, but a confidant and collaborator along the way.

Learn more about my process and approach.
