Lida is an international branding and reputation management expert who designs and enhances the identities of companies, executives, and professionals. With more than 20 years of experience creating and implementing standout strategies, Lida excels at uncovering and communicating the values that operate at the core of each company and individual.
Lida’s expertise in reputation management comes from years of experience managing complex brand initiatives – from out of the gate start-ups to reputation repair of established brands and everything in between. Her corporate clients are global entities with unique and compelling offers. Her personal branding clients represent thought leaders and high-profile worldwide business executives who seek more intention, control, and opportunity in how they position themselves.
Prior to launching LIDA360 in 2008, Lida was managing director of marketing and communications at the Financial Planning Association, and led investor relations at the Jefferson County Economic Council. She also directed brand development, marketing, and communications efforts at Max Factor/Revlon, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and RNL Design.
An issue near to her heart, Lida donates tremendous time and expertise to helping military veterans transition to a civilian careers. She empowers veterans with the tools, insights, and resources to find meaningful careers after service. Lida writes for Military.com, contributes to Military Transition News, serves on the Board of Directors for National Association of Veteran-Serving Organizations (NAVSO), and is a volunteer of Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). She speaks nationally at events focused on veteran transition and hiring, teaches a monthly program at the US Air Force Transition GPS, and since 2010 has worked with Philadelphia-based Wall Street Warfighters Foundation (General Peter Pace’s program).
Lida is the author of two critical books on reputation management: Reputation 360: Creating power through personal branding (Palisades Publishing, 2011), and Your Next Mission: A personal branding guide for the military-to-civilian transition (Palisades Publishing, 2014).

She is a past Board Member of: The Parent’s Council at the University of Wyoming; Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Denver; Denver Children’s Home; The Legal Center for People with Disabilities and Older People; and the Executive Real Estate Roundtable at the University of Denver. Lida earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Pomona College in Claremont, California.
